The Ice Cream Social has been rescheduled for May 21, 2024, for elementary students to eat ice cream out of the ceramic bowls they have made in art.

You must sign this permission form to allow your student to participate. If you already completed it for the original date - you do NOT have to fill it out again.

The online form asks for allergy information and has a donation payment feature, allowing you to donate to the art program. We are asking for a $10 donation (per child) to participate in this event. This is an optional donation that will help to build our art program. 

We still need a few items and volunteers. If you signed up to volunteer or bring something on the day of the social and can no longer participate due to the date change, please delete your sign-up to allow others to sign up.
